Lead Consultant - Dee Adekugbe

Dee Adekugbe, aka “Mama Dee,” is a seasoned consultant, mentor, and community leader with extensive experience in organizational development, leadership, and culturally informed social programs. Born in Nigeria, raised in London, and now based in Alberta, Canada, Dee brings a unique global perspective and lived experience to her work, specializing in supporting organizations addressing domestic violence, women’s empowerment, and community development.
As founder of Ruth’s House, AWM Publishing House, and The Deborah’s Company Network, she has designed and implemented programs that combine strategic leadership, mentorship, and culturally responsive services. Dee has over 30 years of experience as an international speaker, author, and board advisor, providing guidance on program design, leadership development, and organizational strategy.
