Dee Adekugbe, “Mama Dee,” is an experienced consultant, mentor, and community leader specializing in organizational development, leadership, and culturally informed social programs. Born in Nigeria, raised in London, and now based in Alberta, Canada, she supports organizations focused on domestic violence, women’s empowerment, and community development.
